To make just half a recipe: Use an 8x8 inch pan and bake 25-28min. Most of the ingredient amounts can easily be halved but to help you with flour you'll need 1/2 cup + 2 1/2 tablespoons flour.

Ingredients
1cup2 sticks butter, melted
2cupssugar
2/3cupunsweetened cocoa powder
1/4teaspoonsalt
4eggs, beaten
1 1/3cupsflour
1cupsemi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9x13 inch glass pan with cooking spray or butter.
In a large bowl, mix sugar, cocoa, and salt together. Mix in the butter and then stir in the eggs. Mix in the flour and chocolate chips until just combined.
Pour batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
Bake for 30-32 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Cool to room temperature before cutting (though we know that probably isn't likely).
