Swedish Meatballs

  • 36 Farm Rich Original Meatballs
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 1/4 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Fresh cracked pepper
  • Fresh parsley, chopped
  • Egg noodles


  • Place Farm Rich Original Meatballs in a single layer on a plate. Microwave on HIGH for 3 minutes. Set aside. (They'll still be partial frozen.)
  • Begin boiling water for egg noodles and cook according to package.
  • Meanwhile, in a large skillet, melt butter. Whisk in the flour and cook until mixture turns brown. Whisk in the broth, cream, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard. Add the Meatballs and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and allow the sauce and Meatballs to simmer 10-12 minutes until sauce is thickened. Stir occasionally. 
  • Dish up egg noodles into bowls and ladle the Meatballs and gravy over the top. Garnish with fresh cracked pepper and parsley. Serve immediately.
