Ingredients
7ouncecan solid white Albacore tuna, drained and flaked
4cupsIceberg lettuce (about 1 head), chopped
1cupFritos
1cuppeas*
1/3cupred onion, chopped
2ribscelery, chopped
1/4cupmiracle whip, (or mayo)
salt and pepper, (to taste)
Instructions
Place all ingredients into a large mixing bowl and toss until combined. Serve immediately.
Notes
*You can use fresh or frozen peas. For frozen peas I just place them in hot water for 2 minutes, drain and then chill in ice water while I'm prepping the rest of the salad.
