Let skewers soak in water for at least 30 minutes.
Mix the honey, oil, juice, garlic, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and cayenne pepper together and let the shrimp marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Place shrimp on skewers and grill over high heat for 2 minutes per side or until opaque.
Serve garnished with cilantro, fresh lime juice, and serve with Avocado Dip.
For Sauteing the Shrimp:

Place an extra 1 tablespoon oil in a cast iron skillet and heat over medium-high. Add the shrimp and marinade and cook for 2-3 minutes per side or until shrimp is cooked through. Sprinkle with cilantro and serve with avocado dip.

Place all dip ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
