Ingredients
1.5poundschicken breast
1teaspooncumin
1teaspoonoregano
1teaspoonsalt
1/2teaspoonblack pepper
1/4teaspooncayenne pepper
1onion, diced
2 (15 ounce)cansGreat Northern beans, drained and rinsed
1 1/2cupsfrozen corn, (or 1 can corn, drained)
1 (7ounce)cangreen chilies (mild)
2clovesgarlic, crushed
2cupschicken broth, (or bouillon with warm water)
1/2cupsour cream
1/2cupheavy whipping cream
Toppings:
Avocado, sliced
Cheese, shredded
Chips
Cilantro, chopped
Jalapeno, sliced
Lime , cut into wedges

Instructions
Place chicken in the bottom of a 6-quart slow cooker and sprinkle with seasonings.
Layer on the onions, beans, corn, green chilies, and garlic. Pour in the broth.
Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 4-5 hours.
Whisk the sour cream and whipping cream together and refrigerate until ready to use.
When chili is done cooking, remove the chicken and shred. Add the chicken back in along with the cream mixture and stir in.
