Ingredients
8ouncesspaghetti noodles
2tablespoonsbutter
10 ouncesshrimp, deveined and peeled
3cloves garlic
1/2teaspoonpaprika
Salt & pepper
1tablespooncilantro
red pepper flakes
For the Sauce:
1/2cupmayonnaise
1/3cupsweet thai chili sauce
1/2lime juice
1teaspoonsriracha sauce
Instructions
Mix all sauce ingredients together. Set aside.
Cook spaghetti noodles according to direction on box and then drain.
Meanwhile, season the shrimp with salt, pepper, and paprika. Melt the butter in a 12 inch pan and add the shrimp. Cook 1-2 minutes per side, adding the garlic the last 30 seconds. Turn off the heat and add the pasta and sauce and toss together. Sprinkle with cilantro and chili flakes.
