Ingredients

thinly sliced (about 2 cucumbers)

small red onion

For the Creamy Dressing:

plain Greek yogurt or sour cream

lemon- zest & juice

fresh dill

Instructions
Stir the yogurt, lemon juice and zest, dill, garlic, salt & pepper together in a small mixing bowl.
Mix the cucumber, onion, and yogurt mixture together in a large bowl.*
Server immediately.
Notes
*To make this ahead of time, store dressing separate from cucumbers and onions. Mix them together right before serving.
