Ingredients
1zucchini, sliced 1/4 inch thick
1summer squash, sliced 1/4 inch thick
1/2sweet yellow onion, sliced thin
1tablespoonbutter
2teaspoonsolive oil
Salt & pepper
Instructions
Heat oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook the onion for 2-3 minutes until it starts to soften. Add in the squash and zucchini and sauté for 3-4 more minutes until fork tender.
