Ingredients
12ouncesfresh cranberries, rinsed, picked through
1cupgranulated sugar
1/3cuporange juice
1/4cupwater
2cinnamon sticks
zest of 1 orange
Instructions
Stir all ingredients together in a pot and bring to a boil.
Reduce to low and simmer for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally. Remove from heat and let cool.
Store in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 4 days. Sauce will thicken more when chilled.
