Ingredients
4sweet potatoes
2tablespoonsbutter
cinnamon & brown sugar
marshmallows
salt & pepper
Instructions
Wash and dry potatoes. Poke several times with a fork (about 1 inch deep).
Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with foil.
Bake potatoes for 45-60 minutes until they can easily be poked with a fork.
Cut open immediately and fluff with a fork. Top with butter and cinnamon & sugar or salt & pepper. If desired, add marshmallows and place back in the oven on broil for 2-3 minutes until marshmallows are lightly toasted.
