Place berries, banana slices, yogurt, and milk in a blender and puree until smooth. Pour into 2 bowls (or you can omit the topping and pour in a glass/cup to drink for an on-the-go breakfast).
Top with fresh berries, nuts and flax seed. Serve immediately.
Notes
*Fresh bananas are fine to use. Your smoothie will be thinner. If you want it thick just use less almond milk. **You can buy them roasted or do it yourself. Heat oven to 350 degrees F, spread nuts in a single layer on a baking sheet and cook for 8 minutes.
