Ingredients
6tilapia fillets
¾cupcornflakes, crushed*
¾cupparmesan cheese, finely grated*
1package Ranch Seasoning Mix, (2 Tbsp)
6tablespoonsbutter, melted
lemon wedges
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Place melted butter in a shallow bowl. In a second shallow bowl, combine Cornflakes, Parmesan, and dressing mix.
Dip a fillet in melted butter and then press both sides into the parmesan mixture. Place on a rimmed baking sheet and repeat with remaining fillets.
Bake for 14-16 minutes or until flakes easily. Serve with lemon wedge.
