Spring is officially here!  It’s still a little chilly outside but I’ve tried to take my daughter out each day to go to the park.  Now that she’s older she can climb the playground stairs all by herself and will even go down the little slide while holding my hand.  She wanted to go down the bigger slide but I was too scared (yes, me!) to go down it with her.  I took her down it last year and it was super fast and bumpy that it actually bruised my hip.  I don’t know what genius designed it but I don’t think it would be a good idea for a pregnant woman to go down.Sparkling Blackberry Lemonade | Garnish & Glaze

After coming back inside, I’ve been enjoying a glass of lemonade using Kraft Country Time Lemonade Starter.  It’s super easy to make– just pour some starter in a glass, add some water, and voila!  It seriously takes seconds to make.  And I love that I don’t have to keep stirring waiting for some powder to dissolve.   Plus, it’s very affordable.  Just one $3.48 bottle of Lemonade Starter makes 24 (1 cup) servings.  That’s just $0.14 a serving!  If you’re planning a party, a bottle of Lemonade Starter is a great way to keep the cost down instead of buying individual drinks.Sparkling Blackberry Lemonade | Garnish & Glaze

So, how do you make this fun refreshing Sparkling Blackberry Lemonade?  It’s simple!  Just mash up a couple of berries in the bottom of your glass, add the Lemonade Starter and some ice, and then just add water.  To get it to sparkle add carbonated water (club soda).  Such a quick and delicious drink that is prefect for the spring.  And don’t you just love the colors?!  So pretty.Sparkling Blackberry Lemonade | Garnish & GlazeSparkling Blackberry Lemonade | Garnish & Glaze

Wondering how to get that fancy sugar rim on your glass?  Just dip the rim in the the lemonade starter, let the excess drip back in the bowl, and then dip it in sugar.  YUM!  It’s the perfect compliment to the sweet and sour lemonade.Sparkling Blackberry Lemonade | Garnish & GlazeSparkling Blackberry Lemonade | Garnish & Glaze

This is the perfect drink to enjoy with your friends and family this spring.  It would even be fun to enjoy with Easter Dinner.
Sparkling Blackberry Lemonade | Garnish & GlazeWhere can you get this Lemonade Starter to make these cute and yummy drinks?  You can easily find all three flavor Lemonade Starter options (Berry Lemonade, Classic Lemonade, Half Lemonade & Half Iced Tea) at you local Walmart in the juice aisle.  I found it located it right where it says Drink Mixes (since it’s a drink mix), next to the Gatorade.Sparkling Blackberry Lemonade | Garnish & Glaze

You can even attend a demonstration of  the Lemonade Starters at your local Walmart (I bet you’ll even get to try it!).  Check the linked schedules for March and April to find out when your local Walmart is holding a demonstration.Sparkling Blackberry Lemonade | Garnish & Glaze

Then take some home with you and shock your family with how fast  you can throw these delicious and fancy looking drinks together.

This post makes me wish for warm spring-y weather.. and not the cold autumn we’re experiencing here in Australia! These lemonades look beautifully refreshing and seasonal.

This looks like such a fun drink! I love that there are 3 Country Time Lemonade Starters flavors; the kids and I never agree on a flavor so I like that I can make a big pitcher for them and a small glass of another flavor for me! Thanks for sharing #client
