Sweet Potato Wedges with Honey Lime Dip

I’m a big fan of sweet potatoes.  I like them baked with salt and pepper, baked and then topped with sugar or marshmallows, made into sweet potato casserole, in tacos, as fries, and cut into wedges and baked.

These baked sweet potato wedges are seasoned with chili powder, garlic, and cumin which is quite tasty with the sweetness of the potato and adds a bit of heat.  The honey lime dip is made using Greek yogurt instead of sour cream which keeps it low in calories but still has the same great taste and texture.

Sweet Potato Wedges with Honey Lime Dip can be served as a healthy appetizer or side to your burger. Enjoy!

It’s almost ridiculous how dynamic sweet potatoes are. They can be sweet or savory with the addition of one or two ingredients. I love it! I never thought to make honey lime dip, but I do dip my sweet potatoes in honey. I’ll have to try out this dip next time!

Gabriella- You’ll love this dip! And I’ll have to try some straight up honey on my sweet potatoes like you. I’ve done brown sugar and marshmallows but honey sounds delish!
