Tropical Bruschetta

August 10, 2015 | Appetizers/Horderves

Tropical Bruschetta is a yummy sweet twist on the classic bruschetta.Topical Bruschetta is a refreshing fruity twist on the classic bruschetta and takes just minutes to throw together!

I’m still getting used to caring for two little ones.  Everything takes longer and is more complicated.  Yesterday was the first time in my life I went to church with wet hair… and it didn’t even start until 11!  Grocery shopping has been a challenge since my kids are taking up all the room in the cart which requires me to play Tetris with the food.  I think I’m going to take up after-bedtime grocery shopping.
Topical Bruschetta is a refreshing fruity twist on the classic bruschetta and takes just minutes to throw together!

But anyway, I have another bruschetta for you!  And this one has a fun sweet twist!  You slather some coconut oil on the bread, broil it, and top it with a mix of colorful fruit.  So yummy!

This looks delicious! Grocery shopping with two kids is hard! We usually leave small errands for during the week and then I save my big shopping trip for Saturday when Derek is home to watch them (which I realize may not work for med school life), but we also do a lot of shopping cart tetris! No one told me there was exponentially more brain power required for everyday things when you have a second baby 😉
